A second charge, in another county, has now been filed against a Wyaconda, Mo. man in connection with a drug bust at his residence.
Mitchell Pinson, 31, is now charged with manufacturing a controlled substance in Scotland County.
According to court papers, Pinson was recorded on tape cultivating two growing marijuana plants in rural Scotland County.
The plants were located about 250 yards from the Pinson residence in Wyaconda, in Clark County. Several items found at the Pinson resident matched those in the videotape.
Pinson had previously been charged in Clark County with distribution of a controlled substance.
Mitchell Pinson is being held in the Clark County jail under a combined $100,000 cash only bond.
No court date has been set yet on the Scotland County charge. He is scheduled to be in court on the Clark County charge on October 19.

For the second time this year a teacher in the Scotland County School District has been arrested on felony charges.
