U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley paid a visit to Sigourney Thursday morning for a Q&A.
The Senator is on his annual 99-county tour across Iowa.
Over the next few weeks, Grassley will make stops in 16 communities, but Thursday he met with Sigourney tractor company employees.
No questions were off limits at this town-hall style meeting and several in attendance expressed concerns regarding his vote against the Farm Bill, his thoughts on Vladimir Putin and how to tackle the national debt.
â??The solution to that is to get this economy turned around. We don't need more taxes; we need more taxpayers. Get people working, get them paying taxes and we'll solve the budget problem,â?? said Grassley.
Senator Grassley will make a stop in Ottumwa on April 3rd. He'll also visit with residents in Davis and Van Buren counties on April 4th. Click here for his full tour schedule.
