A number of different service clubs in the Kirksville area gathered to give thanks and reflect on the past year.
Quota Club International held the annual luncheon and celebration.
At this year's luncheon, nine different social clubs were recognized for their hard work and accomplishments over the past year. Presidents of each organization also had the opportunity to place a puzzle piece on a board, representing the way their club helps the Kirksville community.
"Everybody does so many great things in our community, and to come together and celebrate that this time of year is just such a wonderful opportunity for us to share ideas. We will tell what each club does, and it might even encourage some members to join other clubs in the community," said Mary Jane Kiefer, Chairman of the luncheon.
The theme of this year's luncheon was changing lives one piece at a time.
