One Heartland care facility allowed people to show their rides to help raise money for a great cause.
Kirksville Manor Care Center held the 6th annual Rockin to The Oldies Car Show Saturday.
People brought in their restored classic cars all afternoon. Cars of all types were there, anything from a 1937 Ford Coupe to a 1984 Oldsmobile.
Crowds were able to see all the hard work the owners have put into their cars, which payed off for some when it came time for awards.
Organizers say they always enjoy seeing the great turnout and support they get from at this event every year.
"I feel very blessed because I have the community supporting me. I also had merchants who donated a lot. Most of the people that are like family to me and to the residents. They support me and everything I do," said Kirksville Manor Care Activity Director Nancy Price.
All money raised from the car show will go to benefit the Christmas fund for Kirksville Manor Care Center, which helps residents enjoy the holiday season.
