Sliders are easy to make; usually only a few ingredients are necessary. Portion control is a plus when making and eating sliders. For friends and family watching their waistlines, it is an easy way to keep track of how much they are eating.
Easy Meal Solution:
With school starting, families are getting back into their fall routines and things can get hectic. A quick, easy dinner can include sliders on the grill, fresh fruit and bagged salad. Your viewers can have supper on the table in 30 minutes.
Fire Up the Nutrition:
To ramp up the nutrition in your sliders, be sure to serve on whole grain cocktail buns. Include vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, spinach and lettuce varieties.

Grilling Instructions: When using charcoal, grill gourmet sliders directly over medium coals for 14 to 18 minutes or until done (160°f), turning once halfway through grilling.
