One of the suspects in a drug conspiracy centered around an Ottumwa restaurant is set to enter a plea.
According to online court records, Brian Dean Rork, of Ottumwa, is scheduled for a plea hearing on August 11.
The 36-year-old has been charged with three felonies including possession of meth with intent to deliver, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Rork was arrested in June after an investigation by the Southeast Iowa Interagency Drug Task Force.
The investigation led to the seizure of a huge amount of drugs, including over 50 pounds of pot and five pounds of meth.
Some of the contraband was discovered at the Tasty Burrito restaurant on the south side of Ottumwa.
The two other men arrested at Jorge Lugo Gomez and Jose Guadalupe Inocencio have pleaded not guilty. All three men have remained in custody since their arrest on bonds in excess of $100,000.
