Guacamole That Rocks:

All you need:

3 ripe avocadoes, pitted, peeled, mashed

1 can (10 oz. each) Ro*Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained

½ cup chopped onion

1 T lime juice

1/2 tsp salt

Ground black pepper

1 (16 ounce) bag Hy-Vee organic yellow corn tortilla chips

Garnishes, of your choice


All you do:

  1. Mix avocadoes, drained tomatoes, onion, limit juice and salt in medium bowl until blended. Season with pepper to taste

  2. Serve with Tortilla chips, if desired
