As expected, there was a large turnout for this year's annual Lion's Club Easter Egg Hunt.
Macon Mayor Dale Bagley says this is the 77th Easter Egg Hunt hosted by the Macon Lion's Club.
Children were invited to come out for a free hunt and a chance to win a few prizes.
This year was special because unlike previous years, several eggs had quarters attached.
â??I went Easter hunting for Easter eggs and I got $5.25 in quarters. Iâ??ve done it ever since I was little, like five and up I, think,â?? says Delilia Ballew.
There was one special egg hidden with ten dollars inside and another with five dollars inside.
