Fri, 27 Sep 2013 15:30:10 GMT — Smoked cheddar BBQ Burger Burger patties- Two patties for each person 1/4 cup BBQ2 slice of smoked cheddar 2 piece of bacon chopped Take one of the patties put salt & pepper all over it. On the top of the burger put a slice of cheese down put BBQ & Bacon cover with the other slice of cheese. Put the other burger patty on top then pinch the side all the way around to seal in the cheese, BBQ, & bacon. Put on the grill should take anywhere to 20 -30 min. or when it gets to 150 F ?? 165 F degrees. Smoked Gouda & Spinach Burger. Burger Patties- two patties for each person 1/2 cup shredder Smoked Gouda 1 cup sauted spinach Take one of the patties put salt & pepper all over it. In a bowl mix the sauted spinach and smoked Gouda. Then take one of the burger, put shredded Gouda and sauted spinach then put the other burger patty on top pinch the side all the way around to seal in the cheese & spinach. Put on the grill should take anywhere to 20 -30 min. or when it gets to 150 F ?? 165 F degrees.
