UPDATED July 22, 2011

The three missing children, 8 year-old Dylan Percy, 5 year-old Skye Lough and 4 year-old Bree Lough, have been found safe. The three were located in Greeley, Colorado.

The Adair County Sheriff TMs Office received a tip late Thursday night that indicated that Dawn and Bryon Lough, the non-custodial parents of these children, where possibly at a trailer court in Greeley, Colorado. The Greeley Police Department was notified and was able to locate the non-custodial parents and missing children at the address.

The children, who were reported to be in good condition, were taken into protective custody by Youth Services officials in Colorado. Arrangements are currently being made to return the children to Missouri by the Missouri Department of Social Services, Childrens Division.

Now that it has been confirmed that the children were in fact taken by Dawn and Bryon Lough, charges are being sought against them by the Sheriff TMs Office and the Adair County Prosecutor TMs Office.

The Sheriff TMs Office wishes to thank the community in its response to this situation and in providing tips that eventually led to the recovery of the missing children.
