      Tomato Basil Bruschetta

      Executive Chef Andrea Greers show us how to make Tomato Basil Brushetta
      Ingredients:

      14 â?? 1/2 ounce Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, Diced, 1/4"

      1-7/8 tbsp. Oil/Olive/Canola Oil 25/75 Blend 1/2 tsp. Salt, Kosher

      3-5/8 Basil, Fresh, Chopped

      2-3/4 Garlic Cloves, Peeled, Fresh, Minced 1/4 tsp. Spice, Pepper, Black, Ground

      2-3/4 tsp. Parsley, Fresh, Chopped

      Directions:

      Place diced tomatoes into large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss. Place in a plastic container, cover. Refrigerate until internal temperature reaches 41 degrees F. Place on toast/bread.
