Tomato & Mozzarella Flatbread with Pesto

What youâ??ll need:


-1 Tomato

-1 Package of Fresh Mozzarella

-1 Jar of Pesto

Directions: Place flatbread on work surface. Spoon the pesto sauce over the flatbread, spreading to coat evenly. Layer with thinly sliced tomato and mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven until the flatbread edges are crisp and cheese is slightly melted.

Tomatoes and Macaroni Pasta

What youâ??ll need:

-1 Green Pepper

-1 Onion

-2 Celery Stalks

-1 Box of Elbow Macaroni (Or Noodle of your Choice)

-1 Can of Whole Peeled Tomatoes

-Salt (Dash/To Taste)

-Pepper (Dash/To Taste)

-Sugar (1 Tbsp.)


Directions: Chop green pepper, onion and celery into small pieces. Sautee in butter for about 15-20 minutes. Open the can of whole peeled tomatoes into the saucepan (JUICE ONLY). While juice is in saucepan over low heat, remove the whole tomatoes from the can and dice them up into small pieces. Mix the tomato in with the juice. Sautee together for about 16 minutes. Combine the chopped green pepper, onion and celery with the tomato mixture. Add one tablespoon of sugar and a dash of salt and pepper. Cook macaroni noodles in a separate pan and drain. Serve the noodles with the veggie/tomato mixture over top.
