Cameron Hatfield's truck he built for the NEMO Fair Truck and Tractor Pull competition

It's known as the worldâ??s most powerful motorsport and it is back at the NEMO Fair again this year.

The truck and tractor pull is sure to be another fun competition at the fair Friday night.

The Iowa-Missouri Tractor Pullers Association is featured for the tractor pull and there'll be vehicles from Des Moines, Iowa, Columbia, Missouri, and even Quincy, Illinois.

We spoke with Cameron Hatfield; he's the 2012 tractor pull title holder and started building his truck when he was only 12 years old.

"We started building one when I was 11 or 12," said Cameron. "We switched trucks over, built this one, took us all winter and had it out in 2010 when I was 14 years old. I took the championship that summer, ran the next summer and ended up getting second, and this past season, I'm the reigning champion."

Cameron has been competing for about four years and this is his dad's first time sitting in the stands. His dad has been compteting for years, but he says he excited to cheer on his son. Cameron is hoping to keep his tractor pull title another year.

There's about 25-30 pullers just from Kirksville alone.
