Trial date set in murder case
A trial date has now been set for a northeast Missouri man charged with murder.
Glenn Head, 59, of Novelty is charged with second degree murder and armed criminal action in the shooting death of Bill Bacon, also of Novelty. The shooting occurred in December of last year. Headâ??s trial will be held in Clark County where it was moved on a change of venue.
The two men allegedly had an altercation before the fatal shot was fired. Headâ??s trial is set for November twelfth. Head remains free on a $250,000 bond.
