Truman State art students are showing off their semesters work in a gallery opening.
Works of art from students in the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts programs at Truman will be on display in the gallery in Ophelia Parrish Hall. The paintings on display have taken the students all semester to complete, and include a number of different styles and genres.
"From the ground up it took all semester, so about 4-5 months from concept to reality. It took quite awhile, many hours, many sleepless nights, but it's all worth it once it's all up," said Daniel Riekena, a Bachelor of Fine Arts Studio Art Major.
The gallery will be open to the public Wednesday, December, 3rd at 6:00pm. A small reception will also follow the opening.
