Turner in custody
UPDATE- Olmsted County Jail has Kenneth Turner on the court list, but it will be several days until they will have an extradition hearing date finalized.
The Davis County Sheriffâ??s Office confirmed Monday morning that Kenneth Turner is in custody at the Olmsted County Jail.
Turner was arrested in Rochester, Minnesota on Sunday.
Law enforcement had been actively looking for him for several days.
Turner was arrested on September 28 in Bloomfield and charged with seven felony counts of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree after a 17-year-old juvenile male accused him of sexually abusing him while he lived in Turner's Bloomfield home.
Turner's bond in that case was set at $10,000 and he was released from custody after posting 10 percent. His bond was later revoked and set at $100,000 cash only and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
The Davis County Sheriffâ??s Office is waiting on Turnerâ??s extradition hearing, so they can pick him up.
A hearing date has not been set.
