Two guilty pleas mean prison
A Sullivan county man is headed to prison after pleading guilty to two felony charges.
Wesley Tuley, 44, of Newtown, Missouri, entered a guilty plea to a charge of sexual misconduct involving a child.
He had been accused of exposing himself to a boy under the age of 15.
Tuley also pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful use of a weapon.
That charge resulted from a video found on his computer in which he pointed a gun at a minor child's foot and said he was going to blow it off.
Tuley was sentenced to four years in prison on each charge.
He was ordered to serve the two sentences at the same time.
