Two possible suspects in the March death of a northeast Missouri woman have been cleared of having any involvement in the case.
That's the word Tuesday from Sullivan County Sheriff Roger Smiley.
Back on March 28, 2012, the body of Vickie Anderson, 51, of Boynton was found in an outbuilding behind her house.
Smiley told KTVO the two possible suspects agreed to take a polygraph test, and both passed.
The sheriff said he plans to reinterview two "persons of interest" in the case later this week.
Investigators are trying to figure out if Anderson killed herself or if someone else did.
Smiley told us previously that delays with the processing of evidence at the Missouri State Highway Patrol??s crime lab played a role in holding up the investigation into Anderson??s death.
