Missouri basketball looks even up SEC record with a win at Auburn
Missouri Basketball will look to bounce back from a rare home defeat on Saturday afternoon as the Tigers make their first-ever trip to Auburn, Ala., to face the Auburn Tigers .
Missouri and Auburn are meeting for just the second time in series history, which makes this series Mizzouâ??s least played in the SEC thus far.
In fact, Missouri is playing its first game in the state of Alabama since the 2000 NCAA Tournament
The Tigers fell to North Carolina, 84-70, in Birmingham that season each of Mizzouâ??s last two trips to the state of Alabama came in postseason play ... MU fell at Alabama (72-49) in the 1996 NIT.
Mizzou has not won its league road opener since 2009-10 the Tigers won at Texas Tech 94-89 in overtime.
