The Missouri Tigers (7-1 overall, 3-1 in Southeastern Conference play) wrap up a three-game homestand this Saturday evening when they play host to the Tennessee Volunteers (4-4 overall, 1-3 SEC) at Faurot Field/Memorial Stadium.
The game will be televised nationally on ESPN and is set for a 6 p.m. kickoff..
The Tigers are looking to rebound from a heartbreaking double-overtime loss to No. 22 South Carolina (now ranked No. 14 in this week's A.P. poll) by a 27-24 score.
The Tigers and Volunteers have faced three common opponents this season, in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. Mizzou is 2-1 versus that group (winning at Georgia, winning at home against Florida and losing at home to South Carolina), while Tennessee is 1-2 (losing at Florida, losing at home to Georgia and winning at home against South Carolina)
