Missouri travels to Georgia for an SEC showdown
The Missouri Tigers (5-0 overall, 1-0 in SEC play) head to Athens, Ga. to make their first-ever appearance at Sanford Stadium, where they'll take on the seventh-ranked Georgia Bulldogs (4-1, 3-0) in an 11 a.m. (central time) game set for an ESPN telecast.
Mizzou is coming off a resounding 51-28 win last Saturday night to spoil Vanderbilt's Homecoming game.
The 51 points at Vanderbilt marked the most scored by the Tigers in a road conference game (non-OT) since claiming a 52-20 win at Iowa State on Nov. 15, 2008.
With its five wins so far in 2013, the Tigers have already equaled their entire win total from an injury-riddled 2012 season that saw MU go 5-7 in their inaugural year in the Southeastern Conference.
Georgia comes into Saturday's game riding a four-game win streak, since dropping a heartbreaker in the season opener at No. 8 Clemson, 38-35.
