The last meeting was November 26, 2011 with the Bulldogs prevailing 62-46 at Mason-Haplin Fieldhouse in Kansas City.

Allie Norton led Truman with 17 points followed by Nicole Gloor and Amy Briggs' 16. Mary Dineen scored 17 points and Rockhurst rallied from 10 points down with five minutes to play to defeat Missouri S&T 70-68. Taylor Skala's shot with 5.4 seconds left was the game winner.
