Iowa Wesleyan volleyball falls to Simpson

The Iowa Wesleyan Volleyball team fell to 0-5 on the season, after losing in 4 sets to Simpson College. IWC came out and battled in the first set with a score of 26-24 against the Storm.

That win proved to be the lone one on the night, as Simpson defeated the Tigers in the next three sets, giving them a record of 3-2 on the season.

IWC matched Simpson in kills in the first set, but could not beat the hard hitting Storm in the next three sets.

The Tigers were led in kills by Danielle Nelson with 9.

Dakota Flesner was right behind her with 8 kills on the night.

Cierra Howard led the team again in digs, recording 42 in four sets.

IWC played hard in each of the sets, but were hurt by their own errors.

Simpson capitalized and was able to pull away for the wins.

Tabitha Blaser led the Storm with 15 kills. Kayla Aronow was the teams leader in digs.
