Martin Kaymer leads the U.S. Open after 36 holes of play

Martin Kaymer remains the leader at the U.S. Open after posting the lowest 36-hole score in tournament history.

Kaymer fired his second consecutive 5-under 65 and is at 10-under 130, breaking the record of 129 set by Rory McIlroy at rain-softened Congressional in 2011.

Brendon Todd is second through two rounds, six strokes back and one ahead of Kevin Na and Brandt Snedeker.
