Tom Arnold is the guest speaker for IHCC Celebrity Night March 26th

Tickets are being sold for Tom Arnoldâ??s appearance at Indian Hills Community Collegeâ??s annual Celebrity Night.

The event is slated for Wednesday, March 26, and will be held in the Tom Arnold Net Center on the IHCC Ottumwa campus.

It will be the 33rd annual Celebrity Night at Indian Hills and the evening will also include a rededication of the Net Center, which has undergone a major renovation since its inception.

Arnold contributed greatly to the initial funding of the building which bears his name.

Arnold is an Ottumwa native and a writer, producer and actor in over 120 films, including â??True Liesâ?? and â??Nine Monthsâ?? and TV shows such as â??Sons of Anarchy.â??

He has established himself on both television and film screens worldwide and has won both Peabody and Golden Globe awards.

Arnold began his career in comedy at the University of Iowa.

He eventually moved to Los Angeles to write on the highly-successful TV series, â??Roseanne,â?? before serving as executive producer for the sitcom.

He has been a donor to Indian Hills, has established a scholarship in his name at the college and has also hosted an acting workshop for IHCC students.

The Celebrity Night schedule includes a social with an opportunity to meet Arnold at 5:30 p.m.,

followed by a prime rib-seafood dinner at 6:30, a brief rededication ceremony and remarks by Arnold.
