The NCAA Regionals run from May 12-14, followed by the NCAA Super Regionals on May 19-21 and the Division II Women's College World Series from May 25-29 at the Moyer Sports Complex in Salem, Va.
The Bulldogs were one of seven Great Lakes Valley Conference squads featured in the top 10 including Sunday's opponent, No. 5 Southern Indiana, in the top spot, Missouri-St. Louis at No. 2, Indianapolis at No. 4, Rockhurst at No. 5, McKendree at No. 8, and Illinois Springfield at No. 10.
Rounding out the top 10 were three Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) programs including 21st-ranked Saginaw Valley State at No. 3, 24th-ranked Wayne State at No. 6 and Grand Valley State at No. 9.
The NCAA Tournament's field of 64 will be announced during the Division II Softball Selection Show on Monday, May 8 at 10 a.m. eastern time.
