60 Second Circuit Workout
Every second counts, especially when it comes to fitting fitness into your super-busy life. But what can you do in a single minute? A lot—and these workout ideas are proof! For each circuit, do as many reps as possible of each exercise with proper form in the time specified (60 seconds) and then rest 30 to 60 seconds between circuits.
60 Second Circuit:
*Overhead Hand Clap
*Forward Arm Circle
*Side Arm Circles
