KV-POP's Annual Spay/Neuter Campaign

Kirksville – Protect Our Pets (KV-POP) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to control pet overpopulation in northeast Missouri.

Fixing your pet is the right thing to do, for your pet's health and safety, as well as for the good of the community! It can also get a little expensive. That's where Kirksville Protect our Pets (KV-POP) steps in with their annual March Spay and Neuter Campaign. Kathy Adler stopped by the set of Good Morning Heartland to tell us more.
