2 wanted suspects arrested during Kirksville traffic stop

Two northeast Missouri residents were arrested Tuesday night in a parking lot off of North Baltimore Street in Kirksville.

Between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m., Adair County sheriff's deputies recognized a car the two suspects were in and pulled it over.

Sheriff Robert Hardwick told KTVO that Amy Starbuck, 39, and Marty Robbins, 43, both of Kirksville, were arrested in the parking lot.

He said Starbuck was wanted on several warrants, and Robbins was wanted on a no-bond warrant for Parole Violation.

The two were taken to the Adair County Jail where they were booked Tuesday evening.

Multiple Kirksville police officers responded to the scene to assist local deputies.
