LUCAS COUNTY, Iowa — A Jefferson County, Iowa man was killed after crashing head-on with an RV.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, that crash occurred in Lucas County on Highway 34 just before 9:30 a.m., Saturday.
Joshua Ramos, 21, of Batavia, was traveling eastbound when he crossed the center line.
As a result, he collided head-on with an RV driven by Richard Goldberg, 55, of Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Ramos was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities say he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
The driver of the RV was not injured.
