Bloomfield residents find shade on the square for Fourth of July parade
BLOOMFIELD, IOWA —
Davis County residents gathered around the Bloomfield square, despite the heat, Wednesday afternoon to watch the annual Fort Bloomfield Rodeo’s Fourth of July parade.
The floats featured the Davis County Sheriff’s Office, Fire Department, veterans, local Saddle Clubs and so much more.
While the adults enjoyed the show, the kids chased after the candy, grabbing as much as they could.
The parade is just one part of Bloomfield’s celebration.
The Rodeo will continue its festivities Wednesday night at the Davis County Fairgrounds.
