Decoy prostitute operation nets multiple arrests

Following a several month long investigation involving multiple law enforcement agencies, several arrests have been announced in a prostitution sting in Mt. Pleasant.

The following people were arrested:

Rosella Taylor, 27, of Burlington, was charged with prostitution and driving while barred, and possession of marijuana.

Tiara Dock, 22, of Burlington, was charged with prostitution.

Misty Marie Jenkins, 27, of Davenport, was charged with prostitution.

Shante Haris, 22, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, was charged with prostitution.

Michael Garrett, 36, of Minneapolis, was charged with conspiracy of prostitution.

Loduska Sauer, 36, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was charged with prostitution, possession of meth, and drug equipment.

Roni Delaney, 21, of New London, was charged with prostitution.

A 17-year-old from Burlington was also charged with prostitution.

The Mount Pleasant Police Department, the Henry County Sheriff's Office, the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the Louisa County Sheriff's Office, the Lee County Sheriff's Office, the Fairfield Police Department, the New London Police Department, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, the Henry County Attorney's Office, along with Agents from the Division of Criminal Investigation, Gaming Unit, MCU Agents, and Iowa Division of Intelligence Agents and Analysts were involved in the investigation.
