Driver stuck in mud arrested for burglary


    A deputy responding to a trespass complaint found Bartz stuck in a muddy field northwest of Novelty.

    One man was arrested Wednesday for burglary near Novelty, Missouri.

    Knox County Sheriff Allen Gudehus said in a press release that Tyler Bartz, of Canton, Missouri, was taken into custody.

    Another investigation revealed a burglary at a nearby location where property damage had occurred.

    Bartz is being held in the Adair County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
