Five arrested after search warrant executed in Wapello County
WAPELLO COUNTY, Iowa —
Five people were arrested early Saturday morning after a search warrant was executed in Wapello County.
According to the Wapello County Sheriff's Office, the warrant was executed at approximately 2:17 a.m., at a home in the 100 block of East Main Street in Agency, Iowa.
During the search, deputies located a 2009 Chevrolet vehicle that had been reported stolen to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office on Friday.
The following individuals were arrested in connection with the search warrant:
Gregory Allen Cook, 52, of Agency, Iowa was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jason Andrew Tobeck, 40, homeless, was arrested for the following Wapello County arrest warrants: violation of parole, assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, and failure to appear on public intoxication. Tobeck is also being held on the following Jefferson County arrest warrants issued in his name: eluding, driving under suspension and failure to obey stop sign.
Wesley Allen Gridley, 37, homeless, was arrested on an active arrest warrant issued in his name for probation violation by the U.S. Marshall's Office.
Aubry Lynn Olsen, 29, of Ottumwa, was arrested on an active Wapello County arrest warrant for burglary in the third degree.
Theresa Ann Lomax, 43, of Ottumwa, was arrested on an active Wapello County arrest warrant for revocation of pretrial release.
The Wapello County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and the Ottumwa Police Department.
