Four SE Iowa residents arrested for burglary

These arrests were made as a result of a four-month long investigation involving multiple hours of surveillance that resulted in search warrants being served simultaneously on Friday at three separate Fort Madison, Iowa locations. (Lee County Sheriff's Office)

Four Lee County individuals were arrested as a result of an ongoing investigation by the Lee County Sheriff's Office.

Gary Manning, 52, who was already in custody at the Lee County Jail, has been further charged with burglary 3rd degree, possession of stolen property, possession of burglar's tools and ongoing criminal conduct.

Teresa Manning, 43, has been charged with possession of stolen property, possession of burglar's tools, burglary 3rd degree and ongoing criminal conduct.

Brandon Manning, 20, has been charged with burglary 3rd degree, possession of burglar's tools, possession of stolen property and ongoing criminal conduct.

Joseph Manning, 18, has been charged with failure to appeal, theft in the 5th degree, possession of burglar's tools, possession of stolen property and ongoing criminal conduct.

These arrests were made as a result of a four-month long investigation involving multiple hours of surveillance that resulted in search warrants being served simultaneously on Friday at three separate Fort Madison, Iowa locations.

The result of the served warrants was the seizure of thousands of dollars of property believed to be stolen.

Due to the large quantity of possible stolen items, the Lee County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to identify property that they may be missing.
