Head-on crash with Mack truck injures NEMO woman
NEAR GREEN CITY, Mo. —
A northeast Missouri woman was injured Tuesday in a head-on crash in Sullivan County.
It happened at 1:30 p.m. on Highway 129, five miles north of Green City.
State troopers said a car driven by Patricia Rouse, 58, of Green City, was southbound when she crossed the center line and collided head-on with an oncoming Mack truck.
The truck was driven by Michael Christy, 46, also of Green City.
Christy was not hurt.
Rouse suffered moderate injuries and was taken by private auto to Northeast Regional Medical Center for treatment.
According to the online crash report, both drivers were wearing a seat belt.
