Saturday evening was the second time Nights ‘N Lights had the Ice Skating Rink opened.

Visitors enjoyed hot cocoa and Christmas carols while skating.

The event was family friendly and the event provided the skates.

Entrance to the ice rink was included with the $12 admission ticket payed at the entrance.

Visitors from all ages are welcome to skate.

Some visitors saw this as an opportunity to have some family fun.

“Me and my sister came here to skate and we came here to look at the lights and saw that [the skating rink] was open and so we came and I just got done and it was really fun,” said visitor Jamie Tolias.

If you missed the rink this weekend, you will still have a chance to go next week.

The rink will be open on Thursday, Dec. 20 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday Dec. 21 and 22 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
