Scotland County teen crowned 2022 Missouri State Fair Queen

Elsie Kigar, of Bible Grove, Missouri, was crowned the 2022 Missouri State Fair Queen in a ceremony held Thursday, Aug. 11, during the state fair. Kigar is the 17-year-old daughter of Jim and Alisa Kigar and will be a senior at Scotland County R-1 High School. (Photo: Missouri State Fair)
