A man convicted of killing a central Iowa sheep farmer has been sentenced to 50 years in prison. Aron Moss was found guilty of second-degree murder last month in the death of Michael "Shane" Hill of Boone. Moss was initially charged with first-degree murder after Hill was found fatally shot on May 28, 2007, on a farm near Ogden. Prosecutors say Moss and two others, Daniel Blair and Hill's wife, Jessica, plotted to kill Hill. They allege that Blair was having an affair with Jessica Hill and enlisted Moss' help to kill her husband. Blair has been convicted of first-degree murder. Jessica Hill's trial has been delayed.
