OTTUMWA, Iowa — KTVO has now learned the name and charges of a man that was arrested with a baseball bat on Monday.
Richard Allan Landouceur drove a white SUV to a residence on the corner of Madison Ave. and Ellis St. just before 11 a.m. on Monday.
According to online court records, Landouceur parked across the street from the residence and exited the vehicle armed with a baseball bat.
Those records stated Landouceur was agitated and crossed the street towards the residence, yelling at the people living in the home.
Ottumwa police responded and placed the man under arrest.
He was charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
He was released from the Wapello County Jail shortly after his arrest on Monday.
