NEMO man accused of inappropriately touching 14-year-old girl
HURDLAND, Mo. —
A northeast Missouri man is accused of touching an underage girl in a sexual manner.
James D. Woods, 28, of Hurdland, Missouri, is charged with one count of Second-Degree Sodomy.
In court documents, a Knox County sheriff's deputy said that during an interrogation, Woods admitted that he touched a 14-year-old girl's privates.
Authorities said Woods signed a statement confessing that he had done the inappropriate touching on June 14, 2018, at Sever Lake outside Hurdland.
Woods is being held in the Clark County Jail on $50,000 cash-only bond.
