Ottumwa man behind bars for meth possession
OTTUMWA, Iowa —
An Ottumwa man is in custody after police say they found him with methamphetamine and cash.
Ryan Lawrence Gillen, 22, was arrested Monday on three outstanding warrants for failure to appear for various court hearings. But after he was arrested, officers say they found him possession of approximately 14 grams of methamphetamine and a quantity of cash.
Gillen was then charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver more than Five Grams of Methamphetamine, a class B felony.
Gillen is being held in the Wapello County Jail without bond.
