Search warrant leads to drug bust in NE Missouri, three in custody

A search warrant has nabbed three northeast Missouri residents on drug charges.

On the evening of August 6, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 22737 South Street, Kahoka, Missouri.

While searching the residence, deputies found drugs and drug paraphernalia inside the home.

As a result Malena L. Damon, 46, of Kahoka, Missouri, along with Melissa Faye Fox, 36, and Patrick David Evans, 39, both from Kahoka, were taken into custody and transported to the Clark County Detention Center.

Damon was arrested on one felony; possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine), and two misdemeanors; possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Fox was arrested on three felonies; possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (Acetaminophen) and possession of a controlled substance (Oxycodone).

Fox was also arrested on two misdemeanors; possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Evans was arrested on one felony; possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine), and two misdemeanors; possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three are currently at the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000.00 cash only bond, each.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
