Two of three people in an SUV were injured early Tuesday during a rollover crash caused by slick road conditions.

That crash happened just before 6 a.m. on Highway 6, two miles east of Green Castle, Missouri.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said an SUV driven by Jean Sambayi, 38, of Kirksville, slid out of control on the ice-covered highway, traveled off the left side of the road and overturned.

It came to rest on its top.

Two passengers suffered minor injuries. They are Nadine Kanku, 27, and Josue Muzembayi, 22, both of Kirksville.

The two were taken by ambulance to Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.

All three people involved were buckled up.
