Trucker pronounced dead at scene of 'non-traffic fatality' outside Milan

A truck driver from South Carolina wrecked his big rig near Milan, Missouri, Sunday morning. Troopers say he suffered a medical episode that caused him to crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene. (KTVO File)
