Sun, 18 May 2014 21:25:54 GMT — Two arrests have been made in connection with a fire that occurred at Charleyâ??s Service Station in Atlanta, Mo. earlier in the week.
The Macon County Sheriffâ??s Office received a report of an intentionally set structure fire at the service station on the evening of Thursday May 15th, and an investigation into the incident produced enough evidence for the deputies to make an arrest.
On Friday evening around 5:30, Macon County Sheriffâ??s Deputies arrested James C. Fisher, 22, of Atlanta, for 2nd degree arson, 2nd degree burglary and possession of burglary tools and stealing.
With the help of the Kirksville Police Department, a second suspect was taken into custody Saturday around 10:00 p.m.
Macon County Sheriffâ??s Deputies arrested Charles T. Reed VI on four active Macon County warrants for 2nd degree arson, 2nd degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and non-payment of child support.
Fisher is now being held in the Macon County Jail on a $10,000 cash only bond and Reed is being held in the Macon County Jail on bonds totaling $15,000.
